But just when I got out of the taxi, I saw that known face inside the caffeteria, sittting on a bench behind the balcony, with a Starbucks apron , leaning on his head.
-I think you forgot something today… or you wanted to leave a remind of you? - the boy said, smiling, when I came in.
The Starbucks was empty. Totally empty.

-It depends. If you want to study for me…. - shruggled, laughing. - You can have it.

-I think I deserve a capuccino, right?

-The usual?

-Yeap. - I smiled, sitting next to the balcony.

-rough day, huh? - he asked me while preparing my coffee.

-You have no idea. This Notebook is like my whole life! If I left it somewhere else… man… I’m really stupid.
-I can remind you where you leave it once in a while, if you want. - he came back with my capuccino, giving it to me. I just smiled, drinking.
-Are you asking me out?
-Wow! You are really a fast thinker, huh?
-Elena. - I said, smiling and giving him my hand.
-Logan.
-You are new here, aren’t you?
-Yep. I moved about a month ago. I’m from South Carolina.
-Wow! You have a strong accent, I noticed.
-Yea. I’m losing it, thank God.
-I think it’s cute. It’s different. - he put his hands on his pockets, moving his eyebrows. - Really!
-You asked me out, now you are hitting on me… wow!
-Hey, stop! - I laughed. - Don’t get me wrong.
-Sure, sure. How long are you here?
-About two, three months. I’m from Oklahoma.
-I have some relatives there. It’s hot, huh?
-Oh, nothing compared to the summer in here. Are you used to it already?
-To be honest, no. South Carolina was cold, and the winter could make you wish you wanna die. - we laughed.
-I can imagine that.
-I came here looking for independence. My uncle is the owner of the franchise and gave me this job while I look for college.
-I like being here. The education is strong.
-I noticed. What do you study in here? I’m new in here, and you know, I’m still questioning everything.
-Sure. When I came here, I did the same. I looked for many colleges till I find the one I wanted. I study Jornalism.
We smiled.
-Well, I have to go. - Someone got in and the bell above the door rang, making me get up. - I have to finish some works and study…
-Sure. - He came back to the balcony.
-See ya.
When I was almost leaving the cafeteria, he yelled:
-Oh, Elena!
-Yea? - I turned myself to him, smiling.
-I mean it about the notebook, ok? I don’t mind if you forget it in here sometimes.
-I know you don’t. - he smiled in a cutte way when I said it. - Me either.

I came back home with a silly smile on my face. But I rushed myself because it was almost 4pm and I really need to do my stuffs.
